- Provide in-depth counseling and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding academic programs, admission criteria, scholarships, and other university-related matters.
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and informative manner.
- Assist students in completing applications and understanding the admission process.
- Review application documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with the admission team to facilitate smooth application processing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the university's academic programs, course offerings, and any changes in admission requirements.
- Educate prospective students about the university's offerings and advantages.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and inquiries.
- Utilize the university's CRM system to manage student data and communication.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Handle escalated inquiries and provide resolutions.
- Prepare reports on inquiry and counseling data, including conversion rates and other relevant metrics.
- Share reports and insights with the Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in counseling, admissions, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
