- Support team with innovative ideas needed for customer solutions
- Understand client's business and functional needs and create customized managed
- services solution aligning to customer RFx
- Identifying the win theme and execution
- Co-create with the client, articulate transformation, and drive innovation agenda
- Create cost models and experience in updating customer pricing templates
- Responsible for creating solutions for infrastructure and cloud build, design &
- operations, systems analysis, security, network voice communication.
- Advises teams of IT technology standard requirements, methodology and processes.
- Create and deliver proposals, presentations, pitch documents to address client
- requirements.
- Communicates and validates program architecture with infrastructure team, project management team, and technology services management team.
- Create Resource loading and create cost case
- Work with respective competencies in the capacity of solution integrator.
- Build long-standing, trust-based relationships with the customer and establish as a trusted partner with the customer C-Level executives.
- Provide Engagement Hand Over (EHO) to delivery for won deals.
- Strong experience with any one of the infrastructure towers like, Linux/Unix, windows, storage, cloud administration or related area
- Good Communication Skills
- Good knowledge and work experience on commercial constructs Good understanding with at least one cloud provider Azure, AWS, IBM or GCP
- Ability to handle complex problems from design and costing in time bound manner under constraints.
- Multi-Cloud Architect experience with responsible for leading the technical engagement for client cloud migration journey and helping enable success such transformation projects
- Open to travel for short durations for Solution Defense and Presales workshops.
