- Lead the end-to-end sales process and manage key client accounts within the uniform/apparel market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, education, and manufacturing.
- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximise revenue and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the production, design, and customer service teams to ensure superior product delivery and after-sales support.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets and continuous professional development.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and produce regular reports for senior management.
- Lead participation in industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and innovations in uniform design and production.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
- 6-10 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in the uniforms, apparel, or textile industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional client relationships in a competitive market.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.).
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in leading and managing sales teams effectively.
