  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors to define and gather requirements for Guidewire products.
  • Analyze and document workflows, business processes, and system capabilities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop functional specifications, user stories, and other critical documentation.
  • Perform gap analysis to assess business requirements against current system capabilities.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and insightful reporting.
  • Define testing criteria, conduct UAT, and collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Train stakeholders and end users on Guidewire configurations, workflows, and solutions.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions effectively to leadership.
  • Monitor and evaluate post-implementation performance to ensure business goals are met.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, Guidewire enhancements, and trending analytics methodologies.
RequirementsRequired:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Guidewire products (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in business process modeling and data interpretation tools.
  • Proficiency in SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong communication skills to handle diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and the ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions.
Preferred:
  • Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, or Guidewire certifications.
  • Proven experience in insurance domain projects.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
