This position will be responsible for leading a team of analysts to drive collections performance across dialer, digital and automated strategies.This position requires a proven record of collections operations and credit/loss risk management (global experience preferred with familiarity to regulatory trends), business acumen, creative thinking, strong influencing skills, effective communication and collaboration skills and a foundation of research and analytical skills.Meet our teamThis role requires collaboration across many different stakeholders to drive strategic change and you must be an advocate for pushing collections innovation. The team and our partners are located across multiple geographies and regions, therefore the ideal candidate must be comfortable collaborating with different work styles/time zones, and accepting of diverse cultures.Job Description:Your way to impactDesigns and develops programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze big dataPartnership builder with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Rules, Business Intelligence, other strategy teams, Global Data Science, and program managementDevelop and execute collection strategies to minimize delinquency rates and credit lossesDrive development of robust strategies to drive digital engagementYour day to dayUtilize advanced analytics to segment customers and prioritize collections efforts effectivelyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance collections processes and systemsLead the development of collections segmentation and criteria driven strategies to optimize collections performanceMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessaryStay informed about regulatory requirements and industry best practices in collections managementInterprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to business stakeholders, and partners with stakeholders to develop meaningful actionsWhat do you need to bring-Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Finance, Economics or related quantitative discipline10+ years of overall experienceData/decision science leadership experience and working experience within the data-mining, quantitative research or analyticsDemonstrates excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with senior leaders of the organizationStrong ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organizationProficiency in SAS, Python and SQL**We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates.
