That’s why we need you, to help us tackle increasingly complex challenges posed by ever evolving health and well-being needs.Key Areas of Responsibility:Performs the role of a subject matter expert by reviewing work productsPerform in-depth impact analysis of the system and requirementContribute inputs for Test strategy and plan for test activities of the ProjectSupports in project estimation, planning activities related to testingUse/Propose to team on suitable test design techniqueOwn test case development and peer review process on the responsible areaOwn test case execution process and generate test reports on the responsible areaParticipate in design & technical documentation reviewsOwnership of Completeness of all test documentsManages technical communication with leads/stakeholdersQuick ramp up on the Domain so as to deliver quickly and effectivelyProvide status update to lead on the work progressRole Competency5+ years' experience in software testing/development.Bachelor/master's degree in software/computer engineeringAt least 3-4 years of experience in test automation. Functional and workflow-based test automation.Proven experience in Test Automation in a complex high-tech environmentHands on experience in C#.Net. BDD frameworks like Specflow is mustKnowledge on FlaUI is added advantageExperience with GIT/Artifactory/ADS/C#/SpecflowExperience with setting up and maintaining a test automation infrastructureGood experience on automation tools, scripting languages is requiredAbility to locate and implement improvements in test automation framework/executionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent coding and debugging skills.Good communication and documentation skillsGood understanding/experience of the healthcare/Interoperability standards is advantage.Good understanding/experience in SAFe way of workinGood knowledge in DICOM, ISO and IEC standards is required.Testing Certifications from recognized testing boards( Ex: ISTQB ) is advantageExperience in working in Agile/SAFe way of workingPersonal Characteristics:Excellent communication and documentation skillsOpenness to collaborate in interest of project/organization.Proactive and self-driven, possesses due sense of urgencyShall be very good technically; possess systems mindset and good problem solving abilities.Working with multisite teams, Quality conscious and Process & customer OrientedHow we work at Philips
