Roles and Responsibilities :- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost and efficiency Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs and specifications Source potential vendors and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers Review and analyze purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy and compliance Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors Track and report key functional metrics to management Monitor inventory levels and ensure items are in stock as needed Assist in evaluating supplier performance and resolving any issues Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices Stay up-to-date with market trends and new procurement techniques Desired Candidates Profile:- Required 2-5 Years of Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar role Excellent knowledge of procurement regulations and procedures Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and purchase management software Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
