Responsibilities: Project Management: Overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the FEED project, such as cost control, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and progress monitoring. Coordination will all the departments Engineering, Procurement, Store, Quality, Safety, Planning etc. Providing Technical Assistant to the management for day to day issues. Scope Development: Working with a multidisciplinary team to develop the project's scope and objectives. This involves understanding the client's requirements, regulatory considerations, and industry standardsContract Management: Oversees all contracts within a construction project, managing change orders, handling legal and commercial aspects of contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers, and resolving disputes to ensure projects stay on budget and adhere to legal regulations, Contractual correspondences, contract ammendment/closureHSE Compliance: Ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and practices are integrated into the project design and engineering processesCost Estimation: Collaborating with cost engineers and estimators to develop accurate project cost estimates and budgets for the FEED phase Procurement Support: Assisting in the identification Procurement Support: Preparation of contract specification, analyzing project scope of work, resource requirements, reviewing bids. Assisting in the identification and selection of vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for the project. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitating communication with all the internal and external stakeholders, and other project team members to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project objectives Quality Assurance: Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure that the project's engineering deliverables meet the required standards and specifications Change Management: Managing changes in project scope, schedule, or budget and ensuring that appropriate change management processes are followed Risk Assessment: Identifying potential risks and developing risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions Lessons Learned: Capturing lessons learned from previous projects and applying best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the current FEED projectQualifications:BE / B.Tech with 12+ Yrs
