Assist in the development and execution of business strategies aimed at driving growth and profitability.
Support market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and new initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements to optimize business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field.
2+ years of experience in strategy, business growth, or similar roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
