Recommend source system changes - both infrastructure and database changes as needed. Set up replication scripts for automation, monitoring and alerting tools, and production support and SLA documents. Build repeatable patterns to onboard tenants rapidly. Own technical engagement, strategy and roadmap for ingestion and data replication.
