- Graduate degree and/or Postgraduate from premier institutes
- Prior domain experience/ project experience in Automobile industry is required
- Certification in SAP TMS
- Candidate should have 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP including at least 5 years in SAP TMS including working with advance TMS
- Should have project experience in automotive industry
- Should have worked in at least 4 end to end implementation projects in SAP
- Strong understanding of cross-module integration of TMS with other modules
- Should be willing to work as an implementation Team member,
- Should be able to work in client place and should have client facing skills
- Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong analytical skills
- Work as the lead in SAP TMS with deep understanding of TM processes prevalent in the automotive industry
- Implement functionalities like inbound & outbound transportation, yard management etc. in TMS
- Understand customs requirements
- Manage project financials
- Manage pursuit / proposals independently
- Lead the team and solutions on the project
- Manage internal and client stakeholders and communications
- Ensure project and firm compliance
