- Advise clients on best practices and strategies for utilizing HCM solutions effectively.
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure successful deployment of HCM solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-implementation.
- Stay current with Oracle updates and features to deliver superior solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HCM solutions with other business applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience implementing and managing Oracle HCM Fusion solutions.
- Strong knowledge of HCM modules like Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Payroll.
- Experience with HCM integrations and data migration processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a strong plus.
