Expertise in Project Planning & Controls functions.
Milestone tracking and supporting team to ensure “ON Time” delivery.
Identify early warnings and Issue resolutions.
Develop project dashboard reports in excel, MS Power BI or other reporting tools.
Create variance/slippage reports based on the appropriate baseline schedules managed in Primavera at the various stages and the reporting periods in the project.
Monitor critical activities based on the Primavera schedule and advise project management.
Ensure the reasons for, and the factors influencing each change to the project's baseline plan plus the implications.
Create of project performance data from project schedules in a concise and timely manner as required by the project teams.
Participating in all Collaboration meeting with different sites, client, and other sub-contractors to discuss and highlight the key issues for all programs.
Develop new ideas of working and supporting client in different planning and scheduling domain.
Understand the risk on deliveries and support team to mitigate and close the risk as early as possible.
Change management: managing changes in Project and effectively preparing the delay analysis report.
Stakeholder Management: maintain the coordination between all stakeholders and keep them on same page to achieve planning goals.
Setting up process flows and implement the best standards in practice.
Proactive in handling team issues and maintain the healthy team spirit in personal and professional way.
Review and sign off on all deliverables prior to submission to owner & client.
Mentoring staff in Planning and Project Controls Domain.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s / master’s degree in engineering preferred in Construction Management, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Excellent language, report writing, presentation and communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and requirements.
Project management acumen
Offers up new ideas, solutions and processes and sees them through till completion.
Conversant on the financial aspects of the project and estimates pricing/timing associated with a range of expertise.

Desired Requirements:

Advance Knowledge in the use of Primavera (P6) and MS Project
Experience in identifying and Handling delays and preparing impact or time extension analysis reports.
Experience in development and maintaining baseline programmes from contract document.
Proven track record to lead a team of professional planners and senior planners.
Certified Estimating Professional, Certified Cost Professional, Project Management Professional or equivalent credential(s).
Experience is UK Transportation, Infrastructure, Electrical & Mechanical preferred.
