- Participate in/ lead business discovery & Consulting work and customer research to establish the customer’s ‘why’.
- Execute Data driven Marketing for Customer Journeys & Campaigns:
- Maximise digital adoption: Utilise data to proactively analyse opportunities and identify customer journeys & consumer behaviours that can be influenced to drive Adobe’s digital impact.
- Directly engage clients to improve & understand their as-is Customer segmentations, have a specialist’s focus on optimisation & personalisation across Marketing channels
- Improve & monetize Customer Journeys & Marketing Campaign Performance: Analyse and Recommend how to make Journeys & Campaigns more effective via UX changes, CX changes, A/B Tests, etc.
- Having worked on D2C, Commerce platforms or Commerce business strategies will be an added bonus.
- Work with client to enable them to understand and leverage Marketing Data Collection Strategy to best leverage Adobe solutions
- Ideation, Planning, Delivery, Measurement & Optimization of Experience Cloud use cases, their associated customer benefits and how to measure them.
- Work with Client teams & Stakeholders to identify Business Requirements, KPIs to capture: as Documentation – BRDs, Journey Understanding documents
- Develop effective customers partnerships to align on business goals, critical metrics and future state thinking
- Create dashboards for management reporting, insights and/or problem analysis.
- Support creation of impactful use cases that bring a customer’s business goals to life.
- Research and define customer personas and build ideal state customer journey maps.
- Build roadmaps, develop, and lead execution of the tactical plans to implement the next phase of the roadmap.
- Willingness to learn and ramp up quickly. This includes Adobe product, business processes and deliverables.
- Willingness to travel and be client facing & engaging.
- Data Analysis & Insights : Extensive knowledge in how data shapes and drives the customer experience across platforms and channels. You have demonstrated experience analysing website and audience data to uncover insights.
- Customer Persona and Journey Development: Extensive experience building personas and customer journeys aligned to these. Data / audience strategy development expertise.
- Experience in Customer product management and defining product-based value
- Conversion Rate Optimisation: Understand and anticipate customer needs, build testing & personalisation roadmaps, advise on and build audience & customer segments, guide on data to collect and use, and implement tests for statistical results through multiple channels
- Experience in running Marketing Tests and Run program: A/B testing
- Campaign Planning and Workflow Management w.r.t customer journey management.
- Experience conducting successful client workshops
- 6-10 years' experience successfully engaging clients within the digital world ideally.
- Digital Product Experience: using one or more industry leading Analytics, Testing, Personalisation, Journey & Campaign products / tools, e.g., Adobe or similar competitors. Experience of working on Adobe Solutions (Analytics, Target, Campaign) will be an advantage.
- A self-starter, bold and proactive, able to gain the trust of customers and internal teams. You might work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient use of power point presentations to socialise realised business outcomes and develop customer success stories.
- Problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, and presentation skills both verbal and written.
