Responsibilities Type US financial statements, correspondence, proposals, audit reports and other mater materials from hard copy, or computer-generated copy Review and proofread to ensure accuracy/high quality regarding verbiage, calculations, footing, meeting firm standard format and error free Update existing word processing records to accommodate changes in material on file Catalogs and files work in computer directories for read only access Formats graphics for inclusion in typed materials as requested Manage the import/export of data May supervise, train, and mentor others on projects Ensure ideas are properly translated, all pertinent information is imparted, and all communications are finalized in a timely manner Work closely with Partners, Senior Managers, Managers and Seniors on client management, professional development and business development activities Other related duties as assigned such as providing support to the audit team Education and other Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Should be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Detail oriented and able to multitask. Strong communication and grammar skills Experience creating/editing PDFs Preferred Experience preparing, reading, and understanding Financial Statement information preferred.
