Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Customer support Executive to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Non Delivery Shipments Calling Mngt and Order Confirmation Mngt.who makes outbound /Inbound calls to Deliver and Confirm the company's orders. Key Responsibilities: General and Task Management Order Confirmation Calling Mngt. Maximise Address Complete Cases While Confirm the Orders. Increase Call Connected Cases /Increase Genuine Customers % and Reduce Fraud Cases/Minimise Overall Cancellation/ Minimise 24 Hrs Cancellation %,Customer Communication,Daily Work Reports. Inbound and Outbound Non Delivery Shipments Calling Mngt. Maximise Reattempts Cases with Proper Contact no and Customer's Address Verification. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's Or Relevant degree Will Be preferred. Fresher/More than 6 Months Exp. Candidates From BPO/Telecommunication/Logistics/E Commerce will be considered.
