This is a leadership role responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, and strategic financial planning, with a focus on driving profitability and business growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead budgeting, cash flow, and cost control processesPrepare financial forecasts and variance analysisEnsure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controlsHandle audits, tax planning, and legal compliancesSupport senior leadership with actionable financial insightsDrive financial systems improvements (ERP/SAP preferred)What We’re Looking For:CA or CPA OR MBA with 15+ years of experience in finance leadershipStrong knowledge of financial strategy, compliance, and reportingHands-on with SAP/Oracle or similar ERP systemsExperience in hospitality, infrastructure, or multi-location business is a plusStrong team leadership and stakeholder communication skills
