Deliver innovative performance engineering solutions across multiple business products, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Lead project deliverables end-to-end, developing trust and confidence with stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Dev, SRE) to gather requirements and develop robust performance testing strategies.
Demonstrate expertise in performance testing methodologies and provide actionable recommendations based on outcomes.
Design and implement realistic production scenarios and correct workload models for load testing.
Automate business transactions to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Troubleshoot both server-side and client-side issues using monitoring tools.
Pinpoint performance bottlenecks and assist teams in building scalable and performant products.
Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to meet long-term business objectives.

What you’ll bring to the role:

At least 4 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in performance engineering.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proven experience driving E2E performance engineering lifecycles.
Hands-on expertise with automation tools (Load Runner, JMeter).
Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana); ability to write custom Linux/Unix commands.
Proficiency in extracting logs and traces using LogQL and PromQL queries.
Good to have: Working knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, .Net or Python).
Engineering mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Passion for building new frameworks and contributing innovative ideas to the group
