What You Bring: A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 4-5 years of solid experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally in a multinational environment. An organized, strategic mind, with a knack for problem-solving. Tech-savviness, particularly with HRIS systems and productivity tools.
