Ensure processes are followed and projects meet quality standards.
Join technical discussions and feasibility studies to choose the best solutions.
Identify risks early and help resolve project issues.
Share regular status reports to keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar senior role.
Strong knowledge of SAP Master Data and Data Migration.
Hands-on expertise in SAP MDG Functional.
Ability to guide and mentor team members.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
