- Quickly learn and understand the CGM CONNECTION application and its functionalities.
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to analyze and understand business requirements and implementation.
- Perform upper-tier support alongside the rest of the development team to provide root cause analysis and resolution of the reported issues.
- Identify, document, and track software defects in a clear and concise manner using Jira.
- Review user guides and technical documentation and provide feedback.
- Prepare and present test reports, metrics, and analysis to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of QA experience in software quality assurance, preferably within communication or healthcare industries.
- Experience with Patient Relationship Management systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Twilio for SMS and voice communication.
- Understanding of email communication standards; experience with tools like Mailgun or SendGrid is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and scrum.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with APIs and automated testing tools, such as Swagger and Postman.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
- Good work ethic with can-do attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.
