Come join a team that is passionate about innovation and making life better with technology!Roles & Responsibilities:Collaborate with Product Owners and System Architects to manage business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with business and product goalsUnderstand customer needs to shape business processes and product requirementsWork with Product Managers and customers to define scope and value for new developmentsCollaborate with Business SMEs and Product Management to prioritize release scopes and refine the Product backlogEnsure non-functional requirements are included and prioritized in the Product and Release BacklogsFacilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-Sized User Stories and participate in backlog reviews with the product teamClearly express features in User Stories/requirements so all team members and stakeholders understand how they fit into the product backlogEnsure Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are well-defined and understoodStay focused on software development to ensure it meets requirements, providing proactive feedback to stakeholdersDevelop and execute effective product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholdersMaintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changesSupport and coordinate IT application ownership for RTR systems beyond SAP, ensuring end-to-end lifecycle management including upgrades, issue resolution, and user enablementServe as the GERP change owner by leading the end-to-end change request lifecycle including initiation, impact assessment, approval coordination, implementation oversight, and post-deployment validationWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
