- This role pertains to Central India geographical area (Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh)
- Financial: Set, own, and achieve bookings, sales, and profitability targets for the region.
- Sales Management: Plan strategies and resources to deliver monthly sales targets. Build strong relationships with the top management of sales channels. Conduct periodical reviews and set objectives.
- Sales Planning: Closely work with Operations to forecast orders and help in advance planning of materials and inventories.
- Project Pursuit: Identify key projects to win and enter early to implement strategies. Build excellent collaboration with the India Industrial Product team.
- Strategic Initiatives: Develop strategic critical initiatives to improve business
- Sales Promotion: Organize focused customer exchange events. Establish relationships at multiple levels with key customers.
- Customer Service: Work closely with the Service team to address customer issues and ensure prompt resolution. Bring up issues to Asia Pacific team. Grow lifecycle services business in collaboration with LCS manager.

- To understand the products, applications, and markets. To grasp the business dynamics and assess field.
- To develop sales strategies combining direct and indirect selling. To position Regulator Technologies as a preferred partner to customers.
- To propose and implement long term growth plans.
- To convince customers on the solutions offered.
- English required; Multilingual (Hindi) preferred.
- Knowledge on similar products will be an added advantage.
