- Contribute to the development of the categorywise and channelwise sales plan for the different states in coordination with field sales team, National Trade marketing and Sales Development and Marketing team
- Be the lead resource to anchor the implementation and quality execution for all the reginal business plans for General Trade channel.
- Own and drive loyalty programs across geographies. Will be single point of contact for regional initiatives to drive efficiencies of loyalty program across geographies
- Become the lead repository of internal as well and external information and create expertise for the region. Develop deep understanding of competition strategies and intelligence. Contiguously work with HO team to build relevant category understanding.
- Responsible for delivering Trade Marketing objectives within the stipulated budgets
- Allocation of DSR/RSR as per the guidelines and DB ROI analysis
- Partner with Head Sales Development to enhance sales performance and productivity of DSR/RSR
- Develop data analytics that will enable effective KPI measurement and drive sales performance.
- Fully accountable to drive the success of all Go To Market Transformation Projects in the region
- Evaluate the capabilities of distributors (new and existing) in line with agreed norms
- Manage R&R of DSR/RSR and merchandiser – Must collaborate with relevant SPOC to ensure incentives are accurately updated and disbursed
- Working with sales team to identify infrastructure opportunities. Planning appointment of Distributor, Super Stockist and Sub-Stockist
- Lead the installation and use of automation tools rolled out for performance optimization
- Fully accountable for success of deployment & planned usage of Sales IT (SFA / DMS / Business Intelligence, etc.) tools in the region.
- Responsible for training, on-boarding & certification of users on the various tools in the region.
- Fully accountable to manage the Regional MIS in the region to maintain all relevant Business Intelligence reports and Dashboards required for business delivery
- Must collaborate with the National Sales Training Manager to ensure complete participation of all users for the stipulated training agendas. Must provide input on industry best practices from time to time
- Evangelize use of best practices of one area to be replicated to others
- 3+ years of ASM experience
- 1-2 Years of trade/customer marketing will be preferable
- Experience in respective region preferable
- MBA would be added advantage
