Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst! In this role, you will function as a Business Analyst in the healthcare provider space. You will support the technical team of an Analytics Center of Excellence (ACoE) within a provider system in the creation of analytics solutions. You will work with senior client stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and business requirements, translate them into functional requirements for the ACoE team, and support throughout the data to insights to action journey. You will be working closely with Business Relationship Managers (BRM) to manage stakeholders and provide advisory to key business leaders on domains like Population Health, Clinical Quality, Hospital Operations and Ambulatory Operations. You will support the agile delivery of analytics projects. Responsibilities . Support healthcare stakeholders and Business Relationship Managers in the creation of the business canvas to capture business requirements, key customers consuming the data, insights, and potential impact to be generated. . Engage stakeholders and continue discussions with them around the scope, requirements, and evolution of projects. . Gather and support requirements across domains like Population Health, Clinical Quality, Hospital Operations and Ambulatory Operations, and Technology on processes and workflows covered by the projects. Create and document user stories to reflect these requirements. . Map and document processes and findings and provide updates to BRMs and stakeholders. . Assist with UAT testing once stories are completed by development before release into production. . Support the ACoE team in the operationalization of the deliverables. . Drive the project management cycle. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications . Bachelor&rsquos degree in engineering/healthcare/life sciences or business. . Ability to engage with healthcare stakeholders, understand, and articulate their priorities to technical teams. . Ability to support complex healthcare analytics projects, encourage collaboration and innovation across teams, and present technical deliverables to stakeholders. . Experience with storytelling techniques in communications and presentations. . Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, visualization tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI). Advanced knowledge of Excel. Preferred qualifications . Advanced degree in engineering/healthcare/life sciences or business. . Healthcare provider analytics experience. . Familiarity with the Agile Delivery Methodology. . Knowledge of industry-leading Agile/project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
