Key Responsibilities: * Provide advanced technical support for Xtel application, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
  • Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Lead the deployment of updates, patches, and new features, ensuring compatibility and stability.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for application support.
  • Document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Required Skills and Experience: * Extensive experience in application support, preferably 3-5 years, with Kantar's Xtel
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members effectively.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with Kantar's Xtel application and its functionalities.
  • Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a technical team.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.
