As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding market presence in your assigned territory by managing dealer networks, conducting field visits, achieving sales targets, and promoting submersible, centrifugal, solar, and dewatering pumps.Key Responsibilities:Manage sales channels including dealers, retailers, farmers, and B2B clientsMeet monthly sales targets through direct field engagementConduct field demos, site visits, exhibitions, and customer training sessionsGather competitor and customer feedback to improve market penetrationCollaborate with service teams for post-sales customer supportQualifications:Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in pumps, motors, agri-machinery, or related sectorsKnowledge of groundwater, pump sizing, and installationFluency in Kannada (for Karnataka) or Marathi (for Maharashtra)Willingness to travel extensively within the territoryEducation: Any degree (Diploma/BE in Mechanical or Electrical, or BSc Agri is a plus)Knowledge of VFD/solar pumps and rural/government schemes preferredApply Now:
