Motivate and monitor the team of sales executives.Endeavour to make Avanse a brand of first choice within our customer segment in his respective branch.Roles & Responsibilities:- Provide guidance to the team on daily, monthly, and quarterly work plan in accordance with the formulated targets.- Actively co ordinate and participate in the morning Huddle.- Monitor and maintain the sourcing funnel adequately.- Conduct on the job training for the sales executives by going with them for the sales call.- Service the needs of the existing customers whenever required.- Manage and conversion rate of Appointment Login,- Login to Sanction & Sanction Disbursement.- Work closely with the collection team to ensure healthy portfolio quality.- Review DSR on a daily basis.- Monitor quality of file and guide team on completeness and quality.- Co ordinate with credit on smooth sanctioning of file.- Consistent visit to important Channel partners.- Actively participate in events, seminars and all other sourcing activities.- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.**Deliverables**- Achieve Target conversion on Appointment Login, Login to Sanction & Sanction Disbursement.- Manage the relationship and source leads as per the defined target.- Target achievement on monthly collection efficiencies across.- Nil customer service issues, High CSAT scores.- Team Training and education of policies and product across his team members.- Manage attrition in the team.Eligibility- Graduation /MBA (Marketing).- At least 1-4 years of relevant sales experience from Education Loan, secured loan and unsecured loan.
