This is a full-time position ideal for recent graduates who are enthusiastic about entering the field of electrical sales. The role involves supporting sales functions and driving growth through building client relations. No prior work experience is necessary, though an understanding of electrical products will be advantageous.Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be adept in market research (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, presentations, and sales forecasts.
  • Experience or familiarity with CRM software for managing client interactions and sales processes.
  • An understanding of electrical product knowledge to effectively communicate technical aspects to clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals.
  • Ability to manage and nurture customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent presentation skills to deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
  • Capability in conducting in-depth product demonstrations to showcase product benefits effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet sales objectives and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relations through regular engagement and follow-ups.
  • Provide detailed and clear demonstrations of electrical products to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client's needs and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, customer needs, and forecasting sales trends.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
