- Oversee the administration of user access rights across various systems and applications.
- Implement and manage Identity Governance solutions, primarily using SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Provide guidance during continuous onboarding of new systems and applications.
- Collaborate with business and application teams for integrations.
- Coordinate with integrator(s) on development deliverables and integration testing.
- Develop and enforce access control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to identify and mitigate access-related risks.
- Conduct regular audits of user access and permissions to ensure compliance and identify potential security vulnerabilities.
- Manage the lifecycle of user identities, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
- Provide support and training to staff on access management processes and tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in identity and access management.
- Assist in the implementation and management of CyberArk for privileged access management.
- Server migrations, integration with other tools, configurations, policy management will be a plus.
- Generate reports and metrics related to access management and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on Identity Governance.
- Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow and its implementation.
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, preferably CyberArk.
- Strong understanding of access control principles and security best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to raise ideas to simplify and improve the current process
- Relevant certifications on SailPoint, CyberArk Sentry, defender, Security certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar) are a plus.
- Client focus mindset as you will have to interact with Staff to ensure a smooth on-boarding of their newcomers and with different stakeholders across the global company (coordinate between our teams).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and IT Service Management tooling (ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and oral.
