Designation: - Purchase Executive EXPERIENCE: - 2 to 4 Years CTC: - 4 LPA Location: - Ahmedabad Qualification: - Any Graduate Job Description Warehouse Consumable requirement fulfilment. PO & SO Create & Goods (Packaging material, Corrugated boxes) follow-up from order to Delivery. Vendor Management of ALL Logistic & consumable product FTL order and Tracking on regular basis, Invoice validation and submission to account team, Vendor Payment follow-up with account team, New Vendor Development of Packaging & Logistic Creating and Tracking Documentation Shipping Coordinator Duties in Communication Purchase goods using MRP system as required in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain accurate dates on all orders Liaise with suppliers to build relationships, ensure the best pricing and source alternative suppliers as required. Maintain information in Item Master (IBS); ensure it is up to date and accurate. Ensure inventory is well managed by assisting with cycle counts and stocktakes. Work with Purchasing and Logistics Manager to ensure the most economical methods of transport are used for importation. Liaise with the Accounts, R&D and Production teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Other related tasks as required Other specification Technically-minded. An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy. Good communication skills. Proficient in both verbal and written English.
