Proposal Preparation:Lead the preparation of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including engineering solutions, cost estimates, timelines, and project scopes.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical teams, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure all aspects of the proposal are addressed.Ensure proposals are compliant with client specifications, project scope, and industry standards.Cost Estimation:Develop accurate cost estimates based on project specifications and in coordination with the finance team.Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternatives while ensuring quality standards and project feasibility.Team Coordination:Lead and mentor junior proposal engineers and support staff during the proposal process.Facilitate team collaboration to ensure timely submission of proposals.Others:Make presentation for supporting sales team, make vendor data base, Standard price list, Standard P & ID, PDF, Mass Balance.Visit customer along with sales team for sales closure and post sales design support.
