What You'll Do 1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with respective function heads to understand recruitment needs. Use job boards and social media for talent sourcing. Engage with potential candidates and support initial screenings. Assist in the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Organize and manage interview arrangements for various positions, coordinating with multiple managers for scheduling. Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as per the defined SOP.' Support the preparation of job offers in collaboration with PeopleOps head. Engage in screening calls to master candidate assessment techniques. Execute candidate marketing strategies and create a talent pipeline. 2. Onboarding and Induction: Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting and storing documents. Maintain communication with candidates to guarantee a successful induction. Understand the complete onboarding essentials and cultivate skills to oversee the whole process. Adhere to the Background Verification (BGV) process for new employees. 3. Employee Engagement and Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Head-PeopleOps to orchestrate employee engagement events, including birthdays, anniversaries, monthly team meetups, town halls, and pre-festival festivities. Undertake market studies to gauge our company's public image and standing against competitors. Track and evaluate metrics to measure the efficacy of our employer branding. What You Will Need Startup Fit You're excited by the prospect of joining a dynamic, growing team. You're comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt your strategies on the fly. Operational Excellence You excel in fast-paced environments and are adept at juggling multiple tasks.You're detail-oriented, ensuring that every aspect of the program is executed flawlessly. You have the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including department heads and potential candidates. You are able to break down complex tasks into organized steps, enhancing efficiency in recruitment processes. You are capable of managing candidate data, tracking progress, and creating reports using spreadsheet tools. You have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality. Skills & Experience 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR/PeopleOps/Talent Acquisition. A background in Tech Media or consulting is preferred. . Master's degree in Human Resources/ MBA, or equivalent from a respected institution, reflecting a strong academic record. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, database management, and internet research. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with candidates and represent the company positively. Ability to communicate complex, disparate ideas in a structured and easy to consume way. Strong and structured writing ability is a must. Thinking outside the box for innovative ways to identify and approach potential candidates. Bonus Points Prior experience in startups. Previous involvement in editorial recruitment. Proficiency in fundamental data analysis techniques for extracting insights. A passion for nurturing talent.
