Work with employees to identify their skill gaps and support them to overcome these gaps through the training program. Mobilize, counsel, and create a training plan for each employee to enable them to realize their skill gap and derive the technical training programs according to organizational requirements.Roles & Responsibilities:Core Competencies Required:Experience in Technical trainingKnowledge of Learning Management Systems or similar toolsKnowledge of Energy Management, HVAC, & Electrical Systems (MEP certification).Knowledge of Building Automation systems (BMS)Strong Coaching, Feedback & Communication skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Skill of flexibility and adaptability as per Change management.Planning and managing training programs & meet realistic deadlines consistentlyKey Result AreasAs a Training Co-Ordinator:Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identifies skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressedDesign and develop training programsMap out annual training plansMarket the available training to employees and provide necessary information about the sessionSelect appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)Assess training effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIsGather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training sessionMaintain updated curriculum database and training recordsHost train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter expertsManage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipmentExecute training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups or individuallyArrange for and conduct on-site training when neededKeep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.Observe and evaluate the results of training programsDetermine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvementsAs a Technical TrainerDerive technical training programs according to organizational requirementsDetermine course content according to objectivesCreates technical training programs according to requirements.Prepare training material (training modules, presentations, worksheets, assessments, etc.).Evaluates technical employees and identify areas needing improvementExperience Required:Must have 3 to 5 years of experience as the technical trainer/training specialist into BMS/HVAC/Electrical/Electronic Domain experienceProfessional technical training certification is preferredCustomer management and Customer Engagement skills preferredShould have worked in the Energy management domain.Working with different teams and at different levels.Educational Qualification:A bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering, or a related field with good communication and presentation skills.Professional technical training certification and MEP training certificate will add an advantageBenefits:We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.Make yourself a priority with flexible schedules, parental leave.Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities.Achieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance Programme.Our commitment to you:Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
