Our purpose is anchored in a single truth - bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future.We are looking forward to hire Salesforce Professionals in the following areas :Job Description for Salesforce Business AnalystResponsibilities:Partner with functional experts from across the business to build requirements/user storiesConsult with business stakeholders on new solutions and assist in implementation of these solutions on the Salesforce platformConsult with users to optimize their business processes and lead the CRM group meetings to drive business prioritiesMake recommendations on improvements to the user experience and increase system adoptionReview the content of each new release and its impact on business processes and report back weekly on with status updates to the Executive teamExperience in troubleshooting issues related to project functionality, data, or system performanceGenerating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insightsCreating custom fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflowsPartner with functional experts from across the business to build requirements/user storiesClearly communicate release and functionality status, issues, risks, plansQualifications:The candidate must have at least 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business AnalystMust have worked at least in Sales Cloud and Service CloudPlanning and overseeing Salesforce projects to ensure they're completed on time and within budgetMust have hands-on experience in Administration and Configuration skills in SalesforceShould be good at analysing and eliciting requirements, business case definition, requirement writing, requirement review, wireframing, problem solvingNeed to understand Agile, Jira and ConfluenceHave Salesforce certifications is a plusShould understand these Salesforce technical skillsReports and dashboardsCRMPlatformSales CloudService CloudAt YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
