Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at our Gwalior location. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets. You will identify potential customers, provide product information and demonstrations, and ensure excellent customer service. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and participate in sales events and promotions. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of skincare and beauty products Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work in a team and independently Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
