- Lead supplier quality initiatives including qualification, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement programs
- Conduct comprehensive process audits at supplier facilities and develop targeted improvement action plans
- Drive resolution of quality issues through systematic containment, correction, and prevention strategies
- Identify and mitigate potential quality risks through proactive analysis and preventive measures
- Coach and coordinate quality assurance engineers while managing supplier relationships
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis, quality management systems, and process improvement methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively manage supplier relationships and resolve quality issues.
- Certifications (Optional): Knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, or AS9100 can be advantageous.
- Proven track record in supplier quality management and audit processes
- Deep understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive improvements across organizational boundaries
- Excellence in project management and cross-functional team leadership
