Execute bulk hiring for roles such as Pickers, Packers, Sorters, Loaders, and Unloaders in Warehouses, Dark Stores, and Hyperlocal Stores.

Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet client workforce needs.

Collaborate with warehouse clients to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.

Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Ensure daily travel within the city for recruitment drives and client interactions (two-wheeler required).

RequirementsRequired Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 1 years as a Recruiter in bulk hiring.

Team Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse staffing and bulk recruitment.

Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler for daily in-city travel.
