Position: Relationship manager - Direct ChannelResponsibilities:As a Relationship Manager,you will:
  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies in the Banca Sales Channel within the Dehradun banking sector.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients to achieve business targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team in driving sales within the Direct channel.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you need:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
  • Graduation from a recognized university.
  • Proven success in corporate sales, preferably within the banking sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mumbai's banking and financial sector.
