The RoleWe are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Product team, working on next-generation core banking solutions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
Help define and refine product requirements and user stories.
Support product lifecycle activities including discovery, prioritization, delivery, and rollout.
Participate in customer discussions, especially with Italian-speaking clients, and translate feedback into actionable insights.
Work closely with engineering, UX, implementation, and support teams to ensure alignment across functions.
Contribute to product roadmaps, especially in ambiguous or evolving areas where long term paths are not clearly defined.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Fluency in Italian (Minimum B2 level or above) - spoken and written.
Strong interest in product management and building solutions in the banking and financial services domain.
Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities - ability to communicate clearly with business and technical teams.
Comfort working in complex or ambiguous situations with evolving priorities.
Eagerness to learn and contribute, even if transitioning from a non-technical background.
Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

Preferred skills * Trading support experience/exposure to trading protocols; e.g. FIX is a plus.

Familiarity with at least one scripting or object-oriented programming language.
Experience working with both Windows Server and UNIX/Linux.
Service Management knowledge.
