Opportunity to head wind projects for a leading renewable company Career growth opportunity in a fast growing company Job Description The Project Head will be responsible for all Project Construction and Site Management activities like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical up to Commissioning till the project is handed over to Operations & Maintenance team for O&M. Responsible for all activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution: involving Finalization of technical specification, scheduling, progress monitoring, erection, testing & commissioning, Define the risk factors both Internal & External, project organization requirements, roles & authorities along with timeline and milestones. Manpower planning to ensure that COD is not impacted. Ensuring execution of activities / projects within time & budgetary parameters so that COD is achieved. Contract Finalization along with Procurement team in order to ensure that execution partner will be able to deliver on quality and timelines parameter. Finalising Budget & schedules for Project Execution / Material / Plant Engineering. Monitoring of Project Cost on a timely basis. Coordination with Design and Engineering team for timely execution. Support to Project Management Office for monitoring of all projects. Monitor and ensuring adherence of quality and HSE practices at construction sites as per company policy Liaisoning with all stakeholders during Project construction stage (village level liasioning/discom etc.) Coordination with different functions /departments/agencies to ensure the availability of required inputs for the project execution. Project Closure and handing over the project to O&M team. Closure of execution contract and final closing of accounts with punch points and levying of LD, if applicable. Responsible for planning, scheduling & supervising all construction and testing activities. Identifying land aggregators based on their competence and past experience. Survey visits along with aggregator to see shortlisted land parcels. Land Identification, Land Due Diligence, Negotiations and Agreement. Survey Marking, NA Conversion, Final Registration. Village NOC/Panchayat NOC. Village level liasioning (thru aggregator). Ensuring proper documentation. Applying for all approvals required for execution activities and ensuring that compliances are being adhered to. Pre-bid estimation & Costing, Tendering support to BD Team at the time of Bidding. The Successful Applicant B.E or B.Tech with 20+ years of experience in Heading of Large complex projects. Strong analytical and communication skills. Good understanding of Project Management, Project Execution & Land acquisition.
