DESCRIPTIONIndia Security and Loss Prevention (INSLP) is seeking highly skilled, competent and passionate program manager to lead the INSLP-AMZL program. The role is of Senior Manager, SLP AMZL program will be to support India Operations in accordance with Global Security Operations (GSO) policy, procedure and guidelines to consistently review/develop programs, mechanisms, standards, workflows and policies to effectively mitigate security related risks covering all aspects of Amazon's Last Mile operations. The Senior Manager, SLP AMZL program shall oversee interconnected projects with APAC solutions, analyze data points, identify and develop suitable metrics within INSLP. The Senior Manager, SLP AMZL program shall contribute to objectives of securing, intercepting and preventing loss for retail business and stakeholders. The Senior Manager, SLP AMZL program shall have good understanding of retail business and investigations impacting retail shrink to evaluate, influence and implement suitable action plans to reduce losses or improve process controls. The ideal candidate for this job should be a self-starter who thrives in dynamic and innovative environments. They should be able to work efficiently and effectively ambiguous situations, taking initiative to prioritize tasks and manage their own workload and delegate appropriately with governance. The Senior Manager, SLP AMZL program shall possess excellent understanding and industry knowledge of security equipment and operations center technology. The Senior Manager, SLP AMZL program shall lead a team of 8-10 people and is expected to possess strong organizational skills, drive performance, anticipate and deliver customer needs, be inventive and positively influence for impact.Key job responsibilities

  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple distinct groups with competing priorities.
  • Develop processes to effectively maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
  • Leverage analysis and high judgment. Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize and influence, show creativity, experimentation and innovation, and drive projects with urgency in this fast-paced environment.
  • Identify and tackle intrinsically hard problems. (e.g., ambiguous, extremely complicated, with little to no existing structure, have significant business or public-relations risk or potential for significant global impact).
  • Work to standardize Security and Loss Prevention Last Mile metrics and benchmark performance.
  • Proficiently drive Operating plan, forecasting long range plans, cost analysis and budgeting requirements.
