Play a key role in designing and executing the test cases, automating the test cases, implementing and monitoring the Governance processes. Ensure data flows (e.g., time entries, exceptions, totals) are correctly formatted and transferred. File Upload and Automation: Oversee Kronos time file uploads, including manual and automated imports. Ensure file formats meet system requirements and are processed without errors. Clock Configuration Validation: Collaborate with IT teams to test Kronos clocks and ensure proper device communication and configuration. Requirements Traceability: Maintain traceability between business requirements and test cases. Flag failed tests for revalidation and update documentation accordingly. Test Deliverables: Prepare and manage test deliverables including test plans, execution logs, defect reports, and final sign-off documents. Audit and DR Readiness: Ensure testing supports disaster recovery and audit compliance, especially for payroll and time systems. Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with business analysts, developers and HR to align testing with project goals and timelines. Training and Support: Provide guidance to junior testers and ensure knowledge transfer across teams. Support end-users during UAT and post-deployment phases.
