Lead implementations, enhancements and Testing in Kronos WFC and WFD applications in Time & Labor area. Play a key role in designing and executing the test cases, automating the test cases, implementing and monitoring the Governance processes. "Implementation and Enhancements Responsibilities on Kronos WFC (WorkForce Central) and WFD (WorkForce Dimensions): Configurations and Enhancements: Requirement gathering by coordinating with stakeholders and business users, documenting the requirements, configurations and enhancements in Kronos WFC (WorkForce Central) and WFD (WorkForce Dimensions) Test Planning and Strategy Development: Define the overall testing approach, including scope, types of testing (unit, integration, UAT, regression, performance), environments, tools, and timelines. Test Case and Script Creation: Develop detailed test cases and scripts aligned with business requirements and traceability matrices. Ensure coverage across all modules and interfaces. Execution and Validation: Lead execution of test cycles, validate results, and ensure defects are logged, tracked, and resolved. Confirm that test deliverables meet acceptance criteria. Parallel and End-to-End Testing: Coordinate parallel testing phases to validate payroll and time data accuracy across systems. Ensure readiness for production deployment. Integration and Technical Oversight: Interface Testing: Validate Kronos integrations with Oracle Payroll, UKG Dimensions, and other HRMS systems. Ensure data flows (e.g., time entries, exceptions, totals) are correctly formatted and transferred. File Upload and Automation: Oversee Kronos time file uploads, including manual and automated imports. Ensure file formats meet system requirements and are processed without errors. Clock Configuration Validation: Collaborate with IT teams to test Kronos clocks and ensure proper device communication and configuration. Requirements Traceability: Maintain traceability between business requirements and test cases. Flag failed tests for revalidation and update documentation accordingly. Test Deliverables: Prepare and manage test deliverables including test plans, execution logs, defect reports, and final sign-off documents.
