The Role ResponsibilitiesThis is an individual contributor role with responsibility to devise dialer related activities like campaigns Monitoring, Campaigns modification, RM Monitoring, dialer MIS, Business Dashboard, etc. to increase portfolio contacts and coverage for multiple channels.Strategy
  • Monitor all dialer related application – Café, Unified command control (UCC), Advance lead management (ALM), Unified director (UD), Enterprise Monitoring (EM)
Business
  • Ensure Business dashboard will be shared with RM/TM/CH for monthly/YTD performance.
  • Ensure Corridor NTB Tracker need to be updated on share point for NTB clients interaction by RM within TAT.
  • Ensure daily business report to share with RM/TM/CH for tracking daily performance.
  • Ensure daily SA MIS shared to RM/TM/CH for client level SA improvement.
Processes
  • Ensure that all system requirements for the predictive/preview dialer are in place
  • Ensure timely upload/download the files for listed hubs are as per the strategy
  • Ensure resolution of all issues related to the dialer / voice logger
  • Ensure periodic release of MIS on daily productivity on the dialer.
  • Ensure front-end application which is integrated with host systems working properly.
  • Vendor management or co-ordination with vendors to resolve the problem
  • Handling Voice recording system. Ensure 100% as well as quality voice recording for calling teams.
  • Make sure all phone lines/Systems are working with coordination of IT.
  • Ensure all Software (dialer /logger) are loaded in systems.
  • Coordinate with IT of EPABX and other dialer infrastructure to function smoothly.
  • Device strategies to ensure increase in contacts and coverage on dialer
  • Dialer Ids Management (Creation, Modifying, Resetting & Deleting)
  • Highlighting Gaps and issues in daily operations and escalating as per the following laid down process
  • Altering campaign parameters to maximize efficiency / effectiveness where necessary
  • Develop and produce campaign performance and database efficiency highlights for daily review
  • Ensure RM Live monitoring
People & Talent
  • Graduate/Post graduate/MBA / wealth proficiency/ banking background/ Microsoft excel/Word/PPT/analytics/RA
Risk Management
  • Monitor all major risk issues and concentrations. Where appropriate, direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to Risk Committees
Governance
  • Follow Group code of conduct/zero audit finding/no mis selling/ no fraud
Key stakeholders
  • NR Channel/Wealth Channel
Other Responsibilities
  • Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in India. Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats)
