Senior Manager- Maintenance - TCF 2 Factory

• Handling One shift operation for TCF2 Maintenance dept. for Production lines and indenpendtly
• Electrical & Electronics Maintenance at transfer conveyor, lifts, EOL equipment’s, Filling machines, DC Tools, Robotics area, Utility etc.
• Allen Bradley PLC and Drives expertise is the basic requirement.
• Siemens PLC knowledge will be the added advantage.
• Scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance of all machines
• TCF2 Shop knowledge based experience of about 12-15 years.
• Responsible for daily breakdown reduction, equipment up time, quality correction, physical involvement
• To ensure availability of machinery, spares, repair of items from outside source, Consumption and inventory control, Co-ordination
• Responsibility for implementation and maintenance of Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Shift scheduling and planning of team of min 25 team members.
• Coordination for spares part management, CMS and new project requirements TS/ME

• Working in all 3 shift and also on non-working days on Shop floor and handling One shift independently
• Responsible for daily breakdown reduction, equipment up time,quality correction, physical involvement with team to maintain equipment availability .( responsible for all Transafer system as Conveyor,Lifts,EOL equipments,Filling machines, DC tools, Torque traciblity,part genealogy Utility systems etc. )
• Planning & execution of TBM & CBM activities for all machones in TCF 2 Shop (VDL,Conveyors,Manipulators,Filling equipments,EOL equipments,Tools,lifting tackles,Goods lifts etc)
• Ensure all equipments and Tools verification/calibration processes
• Ensure Statutory compliance for the equipment’s
• Resolution of quality concerns & breakdown by QC story approach.
• Power Cost champion for TCF2 shop.
• TPM PM pillar champion for TCF2 shop.
• Planning and executions of PM, CBM, TBM maintenance activity daily, Sunday and all non-working days.
• Responsible for improving Uptime at TCF2 shop.
• Handling Equipment breakdown at Lines
• LOTO and ESMS champion of TCF2
• Analysis of Breakdowns and finding Root Cause.
• Planning Actions and implementing the same to avoid recurrence prevention.
• Planning Preventive and Predictive maintenance schedule and adherence of the same.
• Manpower planning and Utilisation for Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance.
• Resolve equipment related Quality issues on line.
• Implementing TPM activities at line.
• Responsible for 5’S, QCC activities, Kaizens, DuPont Standards.
• Spares Planning for Reliable Maintenance.
• Generating ideas for Power reduction and Implementation.
• Shift scheduling and safety planning of team of min 25 team members.

• Thorough knowledge of TCF2 Maintenance Operations
• Thorough knowledge of Allen Bradly PLC & Drives programming, troubling shooting and development.
• Thorough knowledge of PM,TBM,CBM machine scheduling and execution
• Thorough knowledge of Safety DuPont standards,LOTO ESMS etc.
• Thorough knowledge of TQM,WCQ ,TPM,Quality processes
• Thorough knowledge of SAP process for breakdown, preventive maintenance and spare parts management
• Through knowledge of Statutory compliances
• Through knowledge of equipment’s and Tools calibration and verification
• Understanding of Contractors safety management
• Industrial safety
• Understanding of IATF,ISO audits
