Client Relationship Management & Strategy
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring a seamless and high-value partnership.
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and industries to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships, driving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
2. Business Growth & Revenue Expansion
  • Develop account growth strategies to increase revenue from existing clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to bring in new business.
  • Track key client metrics, revenue trends, and performance indicators to drive business outcomes.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements to maximize value for both parties.
3. Project Management & Execution
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure client objectives are met.
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Solve challenges proactively and ensure client projects run efficiently.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the branding, content, and strategy teams to align client expectations.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to refine our offerings and approach.
  • Participate in strategic planning and innovation discussions to improve services.
What You’ll Need * 3+ years of experience in client management, sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
  • Ability to drive results and manage multiple stakeholders across various industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, financial planning, and business forecasting.
