- Generating new business leads through online research, social media, databases, and networking.
- Initiate and manage cold calls and targeted email campaigns to introduce staffing solutions.
- Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and assist the sales team in client conversions.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead database with accurate information.
- Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and other client-oriented materials.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity in the recruitment / staffing sector.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in business development or lead generation in a staffing / recruitment agency.
- Strong background in cold calling, email marketing, and client research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be open to working from the Hebbal, Bangalore office.
