Stewardess or server

• 1-3 years of experience in the Food and Beverage Services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of F&B service etiquette
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience with coffee or cafe service is a plus

• Greet customers and provide them with prompt, courteous service
• Take customer orders and ensure accuracy
• Deliver food and beverages to customer tables in a timely manner
• Check on customers regularly and ensure their needs are met
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Process customer payments accurately
