Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Reservations Executive at Hotel Dreamland Group. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. This role is based in the Kolkata metropolitan area with flexibility for remote work.
