Role Objective
To drive growth, visibility, and repeat consumption of co. Ice Cream across Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit,
Instamart, Zepto, etc.) and Food Delivery aggregators (Zomato & Swiggy for co. Havfun Parlours).
This role owns end-to-end marketing on Aggregators & Quick commerce—from assortment and menu strategy to campaigns,
offers, and platform-led growth—ensuring co. wins impulse, indulgence, and occasion-based consumption.
The role requires individual to work closely with cross function team like Category marketing , Sales , Channel head and regional
team of Parlours.Aggregator Growth Strategy (Q-Commerce + Food Delivery)
 Own co. performance across Quick Commerce and Food Delivery platforms
 Drive orders, GMV, frequency, and conversion
 Partner with platform account teams to unlock visibility levers, campaigns, and growth tools
 Build co.’s share of shelf (Q-commerce) and share of discovery (food delivery)Assortment, Menu & SKU Strategy
Quick Commerce
 Define Q-commerce-first assortment (sticks, cones, cups, multipacks)
 Identify exclusive SKUs / bundles / limited editions for quick commerce
Food Delivery (co. Parlours)
 Design delivery-optimised menu architecture (sundaes, family packs, combos)
 Create delivery-only products & bundles
 Optimise menu for key occasion
Campaigns & Occasion Marketing
 Plan and execute summer peaks, heat waves, weekends, festivals, late evenings
 Adapt brand campaigns for aggregator environments
 Support new product launches and seasonal specials
Offers, Pricing & ROI Management
 Design platform-funded + brand-funded promotions
 Own deal constructs (BOGO, bundles, limited-time offers)
 Balance growth vs margins with strong ROI discipline
 Work with sales & finance on promo planning and funding�� City-level & Store-level Execution
 Drive city-wise and parlour-wise performance on food delivery
 Support new parlour launches with aggregator visibility plans
 Coordinate with operations on availability, packaging, prep time3, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES.
�� Consumer Experience & Ratings
 Monitor ratings, reviews, and consumer feedback
 Identify experience gaps and work with ops to close them
 Improve repeat rates and brand love�� Insights & Performance Tracking
 Track key metrics:
o Orders, GMV, conversion, repeat
o Share of visibility vs competition
o Ratings & reviews
 Use time-of-day, weather, city-level insights to drive decisions
 Convert data into clear growth actionsKey KPIs
